Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. All products will be exchanged for a product of equal or less value within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange unless there is a product defect. All our products that develop product defects can be exchanged for a new product of the same design for up to six months.

To be eligible for a 30 day non defect return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange. Sale items cannot be returned for exchange.

Exchange

Shipping

All orders will be filled and shipped in one to three days. All product exchanges will be shipped in three to five days at no charge.
