Standard Poodle Products

The Standard Poodle is a breed of dog that is known for its elegance and intelligence. They are one of the oldest breeds of dogs, originating in Germany, and were initially bred as hunting dogs. Poodles come in a variety of colors including black, white, silver, and apricot, and are known for their curly, hypoallergenic coats.  Standard Poodles have been popular throughout history, with many famous owners. King Louis XVI of France was a fan of the breed, and had several Poodles as pets. Other notable Poodle owners include Winston Churchill, Jackie Kennedy, and Barbra Streisand.  During World War II, Poodles were used as messenger dogs by the French Resistance due to their intelligence and ability to learn quickly. They have also been trained as hunting dogs, circus performers, and service animals.  Today, Standard Poodles are often used as therapy dogs, and are known for their gentle and loving temperament. They are also popular show dogs, and excel in obedience and agility competitions. With proper training and socialization, they make excellent family pets, and are known for their loyalty and affection towards their owners.
